She is survived by: her son Jordan Fortin (Andrea) of Waterford, CT; her grandchildren, Andrew and Cameron; her siblings, Sharon Malek (Henry) of Greenfield, Shannon Nichols of North Conway, NH, Charles Fortin and Ken Fortin (Beth) of Greenfield; her close friend Pam Jasmin of Greenfield; and her nieces and nephews, Philip, Sarah, Zachary, Rachel, Robert, Allison and Katherine.
