He is survived by: his wife Eileen Avery (Phelps); his children, Debra Klein (Laurence) of Greenfield, Richard Avery (Lara) of Windham, VT and Brody Avery (Jennifer) of Montague; his grandchildren, Bryce Avery, Tiffany Thomas (Angelo), Allison Call, Julie Gonzalez (Juan) and Lynn Cabezas (Jaime); his great grandchildren, Grayson, Savannah of Ayva, AJ, Jamie and Olivia; and his siblings, Michael Avery (Helen) of Greenfield and Dottie Turner of Turners Falls. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
