We are sad to announce that on April 20, 2020, at the age of 92, Blanche Tetreault (Turners Falls, Massachusetts), born in Montague, Massachusetts passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Blanche Tetreault to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Seredejko and Mary Seredejko (Wyskel); her husband Philip A. Tetreault Jr.; her children, Mary and Philip III; her granddaughter Kelli James; her great grandchildren, Caleb and Noah James; and her siblings, Helen Urkiel, Charles and Edward Seredejko.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Phillips of Turners Falls, Phyllis Teater (Matt) of Greenfield and Denise Hemingway (Charlene Manor) of Turners Falls; her grandchildren, Garrett Phillips (Nicky) of Turners Falls, Jason Ostroski (Cara) of Keene, NH, Guy Brunell (Patty) of Lake Stevens, WA, Keith James (Kate) of Turners Falls, Kristen James of Turners Falls, Karri James of Turners Falls, Katie James of Turners Falls, Kolby James (Melissa) of Bernardston, MA, Philip IV Tetreault (Stephanie) of Granby, CT, Todd Tetreault (Amanda), Nathan Tetreault of North Hills, CA, Tiffany Rubalcaba (Gregorio) of Placentia, CA and Vanessa Tetreault of Bernardston, MA.; her great grandchildren, Kohen, Madison, Quinn Phillips, Isabel, Evelyn, Fiona, Levi Ostroski, RJ, Marie Brunell, Kaden, Konnor, Kylie James, Tori Lennen, Gabriel Coira, Kailey James-Putnam, Kallie Ryan, Jacob James, Ashley, Julia, Riley Tetreault, Jaylene, Matthew and Isabella Rubalcaba; and her great great grandchildren, Maddox Lennon and Johnathan Morris.
There will be no services due to the restrictions enforced during the COVID pandemic. Burial will be private at a later date.
