She was predeceased by: her parents, John Zajac and Louise Zajac (Koziol); her husband Adolph Czarnecki; and her siblings, Jenny, Stanley and Charlie.
She is survived by: her son Robert Czarnecki (Elaine) of Acton, MA; and her grandsons, Nathan and Lucas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
