With solemn reverence, we commemorate Philip E. Swanson of Townsend, Massachusetts, born in Gardner, Massachusetts, whose life came to an end on February 22, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Joan C. Swanson (Beers); and his siblings, George Swanson, Edmund Swanson, Richard Swanson, Ingrid Myllykangas, Arlene White and Christine Lorion.
He is survived by: his children, Greg and Holly M. Swanson of Concord; his sister-in-law Rose Swanson of Skowhegan, ME; his sister Elizabeth "Betty" Knowlton (Ken) of Otter River; his close friend Kathleen Higgins; and his grandchildren, Blake, Cole, Mitchell, Ryan, Nathan, Logan, Brayden and Cameron.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home - Townsend (250 Main St, Townsend, MA 01469).
