For Joan is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Townsend and Alice Townsend; her husband Bernard; and her sisters, Louise Charonko of Sun City, CA and Virginia Heustis of Embden, ME.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
