Schafer of Townsend, Massachusetts, born in Buffalo, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 10, 2024 at the age of 67. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Schafer and Dorothy Schafer (Fett). He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Pierce; his children, Katherine Schafer and Jonathan Schafer; his siblings, Dorothy Schafer (Craig Spaulding) and Paul Schafer (Laura); and his aunt Joanne Cameron (Martin). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
