He is survived by: his wife Helen Forrest (Brough); his children, Cheryl Dubois (Rock) of Townsend, Cindy Laurin of Townsend, Paula Nash (David) of Townsend, Debra Brooks-Hayes (Ronald Wright) of Hudson, John Forrest (Monika) of Lunenburg and Daniel Ward Dubick (Debra) of Framingham; his siblings, Marion Frances Sweeney of Lowell, Edwin Forrest (Elizabeth) of Clayton, NC, Paul Forrest (Gail) of Wilmington and John Forrest (Roberta) of Venice, FL; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Ravellette, Alice Ravellette, Samantha Nash, Michael Nash, Danielle Martinez, Kyle Forrest, Garrett Forrest, Brittney McCue, Elizabeth Dworkin, Victoria Brooks, Jake Hayes and Ben Hayes. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
