He is survived by: his wife Ann (Leoshena); his daughter Christine Cook of Topsfield; his siblings, Nancy Duval McHugh, Dr. Francis Duval and James McHugh; and his grandson Mason Cook. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Rose of Lima Parish, 12 Park St, Topsfield on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at 11:00am capacity limits are in effect and masks and social distancing are required (names and temperatures will be taken upon entrance).
