It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth A. Lucy of Topsfield, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 8, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband George A. Lucy Jr.; her parents, Richard A. Kickham and Nora Kickham (Cunningham); and her sister Doris M. Kickham. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Richard Lucy (Amy) of Truro, Keith George Lucy (Susan) of Danvers, Brian David Lucy, Maura Gerrin Bragg of North Andover, Patrick Kickham Lucy of Danvers, Andrea Pauline Lucy-Allen and Martha McCarthy of Springfield; and her siblings-in-law, Richard Lucy of Holladay, UT and Marianne Stevenson (Lucy) of Danvers. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the O'Donnell Cremations-Funerals (167 Maple St, Danvers, MA 01923). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Parish (12 Park St, Topsfield, MA 01983). A committal service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Pine Grove Cemetery (8 Haverhill Rd, Topsfield, MA 01983).
