He is survived by: his children, Robert W. Page of Conway, NH, Steven R. Page (Peggy) of Greenland, NH and Karen J. Zwicker (Donald) of Danvers; his grandchildren, Brian, Christopher Page of Rochester, NH and Amanda Zwicker of Danvers; and his brother Russell Page of Wolfeboro, NH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
