He is survived by: his wife Ellen Sampson Moore; his children, Sammy, Abby, Ava and Griffin; his parents, Toni Moore of Lebanon, NH and William Moore of Topsfield; and his siblings, Will, Dennis, Preston, Pat, Cy, Marie, Liz and Nicole. He is also survived by his family and friends.

“I just met Dr. Moore for the first time August 1, 2024. Hard, very hard, to believe. I was so impressed by his medical expertise and kindness. He was a referral by a colleague, Dr. Anthony Turriano. He took one look at me and said he knew me. Never met before, unless my memory failed me. He will be sadly missed by family, friends, patients and all his colleagues.
