He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Rappa and Josephine Rappa. He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Rappa of Topsfield; his siblings, Jack (Shirley Doheny) of Hampton, NH, Thomas Powers of Somerville, Gary Powers of Lynn, Kathleen Rappa (Guy Citro) of Chelsea and Doreen (Gary Sprague) of Saugus; and his nieces and nephews, Danielle, Lauren, Kristen and Amanda. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In light of the COVID-19, all funeral services will be private.
