It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Kimball Huckins (Topsfield, Massachusetts), who passed away on September 6, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Kimball and Clara Huckins (Webster); his wife Betty Marguerite Fennel; and his siblings, Jean Hawkes and Robert Huckins.
He is survived by: his close friend Constance Cobb of Hamilton; his children, Robert F. Huckins (Kristen) of Crested Butte, CO, John W. Huckins (Michael Greene) of Crested Butte, CO, Marguerite Huckins of Ipswich, MA and Elizabeth H. Cavalieri (Michael) of Dover, NH.; his grandchildren, Sarah Huckins, Thomas Huckins, Christopher Cavalieri, Alexander Cavalieri and Dalton Huckins; and his great grandchildren, Reese and Olivia Tyrer.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in George's honor to the Essex County Greenbelt Association.
