She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Fortinallis; her parents, Theodore Konde and Olympia Konde (Pilla); her siblings, Tafta Flessas, Victor Konde and Florence Mazza; and her nephews, Peter Stefan and Jay Mazza.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise McNulty (Philip) of Rowley, MA and Lisa Donovan of Bethel Park, PA; her grandchildren, Keri, Brendon, Connor McNulty, Casey Gigante (Donovan) and Stephen Donovan; and her great grandchildren, Anna, Liam, Owen McNulty, Jack, Abigail and Juliet Gigante. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and loyal friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Red Cross, an organization close to her heart, or Harborside Hospice of Massachusetts who tenderly cared for Annette in her final days.
