With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas A. Flebotte Jr. (Three Rivers, Massachusetts), born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 29, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas A. Flebotte and Kathleen Flebotte (Bragg) of Ludlow; his sister Carrie Flebotte; his brother-in-law Brian Chaffee of Ludlow; and his children, Timothy, Suzanne and Emily Flebotte. He was also cherished by six nieces and nephews.
