He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Gonyea and Shirley Gonyea (Cummings); and his brother Ronald Gonyea. He is survived by: his wife Maudine Gonyea (Germain); his children, Andrew Gonyea, Benjamin Gonyea (Mellissa Keefe), Kyle Gonyea (Alex) and Jennifer Buchanan (Bryce); his siblings, Thomas Gonyea (Sandra), William Gonyea (Carol), John Gonyea (Jim), Joseph Gonyea (Kathy), Carol St. Onge (Michael), Kathleen Sanford (Donald) and Laurie Larsen; and his granddaughter Nova.
