He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Collins and Elizabeth Collins (Donovan); his brothers, Dennis Collins (Jane) of Florida and Daniel Collins; and his siblings-in-law, John Doucas (Angela) of Methuen, Marie Doucas and Connie Erardi.

He is survived by: his wife Helen R. Collins (Doucas); his daughters, Michelle Reppucci (Don) of Dracut and Kathleen Newton (Tim) of Wayland; his grandchildren, Anthony Reppucci, William Reppucci and Andie Elizabeth Newton; his siblings, Elizabeth Cabral (Greg) of Billerica, Michael Collins (Carol) of Maine, Jane Serpa and Charlie of Methuen; and his siblings-in-law, Robert, Joyce Doucas of Gloucester, Ginny and Bob Beeson of Ohio. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations in Bill's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverly Oaks Road, Waltham, MA 02452.
