She was predeceased by: her wife Ovid L. Blanchette. She is survived by: her children, John Blanchette of Nashua, NH, Susan Boulette (Roger) of Nashua, NH, David Blanchette (Barbara) of Methuen, MA and Michael Blanchette (Lillian) of Lawrence; her grandchildren, Kerry Bellheumer (Chad) of Hampton, NH, Peter Higgins (Karen) of Derry, NH, Michelle Blanchette of Milford, NH and Matthew Blanchette (Heather) of Milford, NH; her sister-in-law Jaqueline Blais of Marlborough, MA; her great grandchildren, Brett, Logan, Jessalyn, Alyssa, Trent and Chandler; and her great great grandchildren, Landyn and Audrina. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
It was Theresa's wish that memorials be sent to the Oblate Fathers Infirmary Fund, 486 Chandler St. Tewksbury, MA 01876, in lieu of flowers.
