She was predeceased by: her husband John; her son Michael Maciejewski; her granddaughter Sarah D. Maciejewski; and her sisters, MaryAnn Slowik and Josephine Forys.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine Millen (Stan) of North Conway, NH, John Maciejewski (Sheila Ingebritson) and Steven Maciejewski (Jacquelyn); her grandchildren, John Michael Maciejewski (Shannon), Leah Maciejewski and Sean Maciejewski; her great grandchild Jack Duffy Maciejewski; and her daughter-in-law Karen Maciejewski.
