He was predeceased by: his parent Tom Gilligan of Reading. He is survived by: his parent Julia Gilligan of Reading; his children, Dawn Eisnor-Brown of Reading, Dean Gilligan of Tewksbury and Debbie O'Neill (Michael) of Tewksbury; his stepchildren, Melissa Albano Davis and Christopher Albano; and his siblings, Betty Jane of Dade City, Tom of Zephyrhills, FL and John of Alton Bay, NH. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and 3 step grandchildren.
