He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alderic Fortier and Lillian Fortier; his wife Cecile Fortier (Belanger); and his children, Bob, Sue Fortier (Turgeon), Denise (Steve Jezak), Paul (Kathleen Fortier), Gerry (Debbie Fortier), Richard (Dee Dee Fortier), Don Fortier (Carolyn Bacon), Celeste (Chris Santos) and Monique (Tom Casey). He was also cherished by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and friends and countless nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Dolan Funeral Home (106 Middlesex St, North Chelmsford, MA 01863). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the St. Williams Church (1351 Main St, Tewksbury, MA 01876).
