It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael E. Benullo of Tewksbury, Massachusetts, born in Canton, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 17, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Benullo and Ethel Benullo (Hogan); and his sons, Brian Ward (Ranal) of Billerica and Kevin Ward. He is survived by: his stepmother Ida Benullo; his significant other Rosemary Ward of Tewksbury, MA.; his sister Ethel Benullo of Woburn; his children, Elaine Shannon of Woburn, Lisa Benullo-Steinle of Woburn and David Benullo of Los Angeles, CA.; his grandchildren, Laura Katz (Paul), Danny West (Meaghan), Diana Benullo, Sabrina Fonseca (Kyle), Rachel Shannon, Michael Steinle, Mark Steinle, Cassidy Benullo, Aidan, Ronin, Max and Desmond; his children, Billy Ward of Oceanside, CA and Kristin Noone of Billerica; his grandchildren, Brian, Timmy, Sean, Ryan, Eryn, Julia and Shayne Noone; and his former wife Alexandria Benullo (McGurl) of Woburn, MA..
