It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith A. Fitzsimmons (Tewksbury, Massachusetts), born in Lexington, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 18, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra Madden and Dorothy Madden (Nellis); and her brother Rod Madden. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Maddox, Karen Fitzsimmons (Jon Willander) and John Fitzsimmons; and her grandchildren, Kerri Maddox, Elle Fitzsimmons and Cade Fitzsimmons. She is also survived by extended family, with his four children, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
