He is survived by: his children, Paulo Botelho (Valerie) of Melrose and Grace Poirier (Paul) of Tewksbury; his grandchildren, Lana, Patrick, Hailey, Nathan and Madison; and his siblings, Silvana DaSilva (Duarte) of San Miguel, Maria Jose Botelho Paulo of San Miguel and Azores Portugal. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
