He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Fenlon (Gren); his parents, John Fenlon and Beatrice Fenlon (Gillespie); his sisters, Bea Boring (Ed) and Jeanne Giroux (late Howard "Tad"); and his nephew Kevin Giroux.
He is survived by: his children, Shaun Fenlon of Pittsburg, PA, Kerry Fenlon of Littleton and Alison Cagle (Blaine) of Largo, FL; his grandchildren, Anna Juriga (Luke Juriga), Patrick Fenlon, Carolyn Fenlon, Antonio Ramos, Tyler Fenlon-Abousy and Alivia Cagle; and his sisters, Donna Mutchler (Bruce) and Geri Gotaas (late Arnie).
