She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Urquhart of Tewksbury; and her brother Peter E. Garipay of Melrose, Massachusetts.. She is survived by: her siblings, Carol A. Carilli of Wolfeboro and Paul Garipay of Aurora; and her nieces and nephews, Michael, Mark, John, Danny, Christopher, Brian, Christine, JoAnne and Joseph.
