He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Mike" and Margaret Duggan (Howes); and his brother Henry "Hank" Duggan. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly J. Duggan (Watters); his children, James Duggan (Carol) of Tewksbury, Denise Carney (Steve) of Wilmington and Timmy Duggan (Erin Kilbride) of Tewksbury; and his siblings, Catherine Reinold of Wilmington, Mary Bammarito of Wilmington, William Duggan of Wilmington, Michael "Mickey" Duggan of Wilmington, Margaret Melvin of Wilmington, Grace Carroll of Wilmington, Thomas Duggan of Wilmington, Charles Duggan of Tewksbury, John Duggan, Francis "PeeWee" Duggan, Eugene "Gene" Duggan and Joseph Duggan. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law as well as many nieces and nephews.
