He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. McGuinness and Mary McGuinness (Donnelly). He is survived by: his wife Judith A. McGuinness (Conlon); his children, Lynda Spinazola (Michael) of Wilmington, James L. McGuinness III (Sharon) of Franklin and Julie Morrissey of Billerica; his grandchildren, James L, McGuinness IV, Steven Spinazola, Courtney McGuinness, Kevin Morrissey, Jamie Spinazola, Brooke Morrissey and Christopher Spinazola; and his siblings, Judith Olson (Jeffrey) of Lynn, Richard McGuinness (Maureen) of Lynn, Mary Ellen Connelly of Lynnfield, Kathy Wilkins (Wayne) of Lynn, Patricia Henkenmeier (Hank) of Lynn and Michael McGuinness (Mary) of Portsmouth, NH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
