She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgilio "Dan" Calileo and Helen Calileo (Weston). She is survived by: her spouse John J. Chase; her children, John J. Chase, Jr. (Eva) of Billerica and Mary Ellen Chase of Billerica; her grandchildren, Amy Chase of Billerica, Brooke Anderson of Billerica and Chase Anderson of Billerica; her brothers, Daniel Calileo (Grace) of Amherst, NH and Robert Calileo (Carolyn) of Naples, ME; and her friend Lorraine Gibbons of Tewksbury. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Helen's memory may be made to High Pointe House, 360 North Ave., Haverhill, MA 01830.
