She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Augustine Szmyt; her child Augustine "Gus" Szmyt, Jr.; her wife Doreen of Belmont, NH; her great grandchildren, Rachel and Ashley; and also, Mark T. Szmyt (Kelley) of Pelham, NH, Michael F. Szmyt of Tewksbury, Eric T. Szmyt (Lala) of Vernon Hills, IL and Andrea M. Szmyt.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284.
