He is survived by: his parent Esther Washburn (Slack); his daughter Carol Merriam of West Chelmsford; his son-in-law Frederic Merriam of West Chelmsford; and his siblings, Bert Washburn (Jacqueline Washburn) of Vermont, Winston Washburn (Velma Washburn) of Florida, Howard Washburn (Betty Washburn) of Virginia, Shirley Washburn (Harold White) of Vermont and Eunice Washburn of Vermont. He is also survived by two grandsons and their wives, Eric Raymond Washburn and his wife, Melisa Medrano of Foster City, CA, and David Ellis Washburn and his wife, Rebecca Young of San Francisco, CA, and multiple nieces and nephews.
