He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth E. and Agnes. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Beth" (Saunders); his children, Emily Louise May Small of Tewksbury and Kenneth "Ken" Small of Tewksbury; his brothers, James K. (Cheryl Small) of Reading and Robert A. (Michelle Small); his nieces and nephews, Michelle, Dustin, Cal, Lauren, Dylan, Amanda, Steven, Zach, Ashley, Kevin, Jillian, Alexa, Emily Grace and Jay; his pets, Josie and Rocky; and also Emily (Jess).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations to be made in Doug's name to the Joslin Diabetes Center, one Joslin Place Boston, MA 02215.
