He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Jeannine Yvonne Higgins (Boutin); his children, Yvette DeViller (Paul) of Andover and Don Scott Higgins Jr. of Townsend, MA; his grandchildren, Jack and Violet DeViller; and his sisters, Claudette "Pat" Shuley of Cape Cod and Nancy Tango (Richard) of Melrose. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
