It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane Finch (Tewksbury, Massachusetts), born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on October 9, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandmother Diane C. Finch (Harden) of Tewksbury; her husband Frederick "Rick" R. Finch Jr.; her parents, John C. Harden and Ruth Harden (Blake); her daughter Lisa M. Palmer of Tewksbury; her grandsons, Tyler Adams and Joshua Palmer; and her brothers, Gary Harden of Myrtle Beach, SC, Steven Harden (Sharon) of Wilmington, DE and Bill Harden (Mary) of Greenville, DE. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
