He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Archie and Margaret; his grandfather Burt Stacy; his wife Caroline; his children, April Hamilton (Charles) and Charles Blanchard, Jr.; his grandchildren, Alise Wascom (Kent), Clayton Hamilton (Danielle) and Jordan Hamilton (Denise); his great grandchildren, Rosemary Wascom and Naomi Hamilton; and his brothers, Archie Blanchard and Robert Dora.
In lieu of flowers it was Charles wish that donations be made to Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe.
