He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Mike" and Margaret Duggan (Howes); and his brother Henry "Hank" Duggan. He is survived by: his wife Susan J. Duggan (Morris); his children, Karen Rizzuti (Joe) of Tewksbury and Kim Scott (Paul) of Lowell; and his siblings, Catherine Reinold of Wilmington, Mary Bammarito of Wilmington, William Duggan of Wilmington, Michael "Mickey" Duggan of Wilmington, Margaret Melvin of Wilmington, Grace Carroll of Wilmington, Thomas Duggan of Wilmington, John Duggan, Francis "PeeWee" Duggan, Eugene "Gene" Duggan, James and Joseph Duggan. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law as well as many nieces and nephews.
