She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Rahilly and Louise Rahilly (Desharnais); her husband Walter Eaton, Jr.; her daughter Deborah Eaton; and her brothers, Richard, Daniel, John, Joseph and William Rahilly.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Payson (Gary) of Methuen, Diane DeFruscia (Anthony) of Salem, NH, Genevieve Bard (Richard) of Lawrence, Walter Eaton of Salisbury, Michael Eaton (Heidi) of Andover, Joseph Eaton of Haverhill and Daniel Eaton of Amesbury. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
