Ward (Dutile); his mother Rosemary Ward (late Michael Benullo) of Tewksbury; his sons, Brian Ward of Litchfield, NH and Timothy Ward of Billerica; his siblings, William Ward of Oceanside, CA and Kristin Noone of Billerica; his mother-in-law Patrice Dutile; and his sibling Andover. He is also survived by brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends.
