He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lally and Helen Lally (Smith); his grandson Michael P. Lally; and his siblings, John Lally (Terri), Carol Powers (Paul) and William Lally.
He is survived by: his children, Krista Collins of Tewksbury and Scott Lally (Theresa) of Pembroke; his grandchildren, Dyllan Collins (Kaitlyn) of Readfield, ME, Dalton Collins of Woburn, Kellie Collins of Woburn and Diane Lally of Pembroke; his great grandchild Josie Mae Collins; and his brother Robert Lally (Frances). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
