He is survived by: his spouse Mary L. Chase (Michaud); his children, Karen Fusselman (Milton) of Montana, Lorraine Bullen (Scott) of Winchendon, Arthur Chase (Cindy) of Tewksbury, Kathy Hartigan (Robert) of Maine and Nancy Kelleher of Tewksbury; and his sibling Adrene Chase of Wilmington. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and extended family.
