He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sr. Ginn and Betty Ginn (Bailey). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Rowland of Templeton; his daughter Claire Carter-Ginn (Kevin) of Brooklyn, NY; and his nieces, Marianna, Rebecca Baer and Elise Fuhrer.
