He was predeceased by: his parents, Premelia LeBlanc and Medric LeBlanc. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Hazel Lineen; his children, Dr. Donna Joyce Antkowiak (Bernie Antkowiak) and Dr. Raeann Genevieve LeBlanc (Roger O'Donnell); his grandchildren, Nicholas Antkowiak and Karina LeBlanc; and his sister Jeannette Leger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
