He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Koziol Sr. and Shirley Koziol (Tootil); and his siblings, Mark Koziol and Linda May. He is survived by: his siblings, John J. Koziol Jr. of Templeton and Susan Arsenault of Templeton; and his brother-in-law Robert May Sr. of Athol. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
