It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marcia J. MacAloney of Templeton, Massachusetts, born in Gardner, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 21, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph MacAloney and Mildred MacAloney (Nutting); and her sister Pam MacAloney. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Guertin of Athol, Doug Guertin of Ludlow, Jason Guertin of Hubbardston and Ricky Roberts of Athol; her grandchildren, Dylan, Maura, Maddie, Emma, Molly, Anderson, Brady, Ethan, Riley and Caroline; and her brothers, Keith MacAloney of Gardner and Scott MacAloney (Pauline) of El Paso, TX. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc. (110 Nichols St, Gardner, MA 01440). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Gardner Animal Shelter c/o Gardner Police Department, 200 Main Street, Gardner, MA 01440.
