He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo P. Provencher Sr. and Gertrude Alice Provencher-Noel (Gallant); his wife Joyce A. Provencher (Pervier); his son Paul Provencher; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Faulkner, Rodney and Jon Paul Pervier.
He is survived by: his children, Beth Arsenault (Gus) of Templeton, Sarah Clavir (Michael) of Athol and J. Allan Provencher (Lisa) of Templeton; his daughter-in-law Maria Provencher of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Edward, Tomas Provencher, Renay, David, Lauren Arsenault, Adam Korandanis, Jaryd Gallant, Rachael Deschenes, Rebekah Provencher, Ian and Emma Clavir; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Columbus of Leominster, Diane LeBlanc (Philip) of Baldwinville, Janet Pervier, Irene Pervier of Baldwinville and Charles Pervier (Mary) of Maine. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
