He is survived by: his children, Nicole S. Lyskawa (Kami Lahoski) of Greenfield, Jeremiah J. Lyskawa (Krystal) and Jeffery R. Lyskawa (Megan); his grandchildren, Ava, Mia, Zoey, Zander and Devin; his siblings, Ervin Bruce Lyskawa (Patricia), Gregory A. Lyskawa of Peace Dale, RI, Alexis J. Lyskawa of Fountain Hill, PA, Robert L. Lyskawa of Londonderry, NH, Addie Lee Rogers (Kenneth) of South Kingston, RI and Eric J. Long (Stephanie); and his sister-in-law Shelia Long (MacPhearson) of Marietta, GA.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
