We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2018 we had to say goodbye to John Chester Dembek (Templeton, Massachusetts), born in Gardner, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Dembek and Amelia Dembek (Merkel). He is survived by: his spouse Linda Dembek (Prinn); his daughter Summer; his husband Raymond Latif; his granddaughter Celine of Brookline, MA; his son Joshua Dembek of Gardner; and his siblings, Mary Polchlopek (Michael) of Templeton, Francis Dembek of Templeton and Michael Dembek of Templeton. He is also survived by his nephew and niece, and many dear cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
