She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Gemborys and Helen Gemborys (Bukowski); her husband Edward M. Stacy Sr.; and her siblings, Gladys Stuckey, Genevieve Gemborys, Barbara Gebo, Helena Breton, Stanley, Eugene, Joseph, Walter, Bronislaw, Paul, Frank, Chester and John Gemborys.

She is survived by: her children, Karen H. Columbus (Alan) of Rindge, NH, Saundra A. Amistadi (Richard) of Templeton, Elizabeth B. White (John) of Baldwinville, Patricia Stacy (Douglas) of Templeton and Edward M. Stacy Jr. (Tammi) of Baldwinville; and her brother Richard Gemborys of Brookline, NH. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren.
