She was predeceased by: her parents, Chotaro Ishii and Kiyo Ishii (Ishikawa); her husband Joseph H. F. "Phil" Richard; and her grandson Corey Heater. She is survived by: her children, Debra Vogel (Mike) of Winchendon, Michelle Wirzbicki (Mark) of Gardner, Maxine Horrigan (Tim) of Gardner, Lisa Lajoie (Jeff) of Fitzwilliam, NH, Bobby Richard (Linda) of Phillipston and Billy Richard (Diana) of Nashua, NH; her sister Tsuru Sugiura of Japan; and her sister-in-law Jeannette LaRoche of Gardner. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
